This blog gives you a glimpse into the upcoming Sunday Gathering. It's an opportunity to read through the passage we'll be studying together, pray through some of the liturgy we'll be using, and listen to a selection of the songs we’ll be singing
MICAH - Chapter 1
SERMON
This week we are starting our new summer series in the book of Micah. Tom Ingleby will be opening up the series for us and preaching from Micah 1.
LITURGY
COMMITMENT READING
Praise the LORD, my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases, who redeems us from the pit and crowns us with love and compassion.
He does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities. For as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
(Based on Psalm 103:1-12)
MUSIC
Behold our God (Sovereign Grace): A song that calls us to draw our attention and fix our eyes on the majesty of God. A reminder that he is glorious and worthy of all of our praise.
Lamb of God (Vertical Worship): A reflection on Jesus as the lamb of God, whose blood was shed on our behalf and who stands in our place to take the judgement of God.
