This blog gives you a glimpse into the upcoming Sunday Gathering. It's an opportunity to read through the passage we'll be studying together, pray through some of the liturgy we'll be using, and listen to a selection of the songs we’ll be singing
HABITS OF GRACE - The Word
SERMON
This week Gary Aston will be preaching to us from Psalm 119 looking at the habit of hearing God's voice in his word.
LITURGY
COMMITMENT READING
Oh, how we love your law! We meditate on it all day long. Your commands are always with us.
How sweet are your words to our taste, sweeter than honey to our mouths. Your word is a lamp for our feet and a light on our paths.
Your statutes are wonderful, they are our heritage forever.
The unfolding of your words gives light and understanding. Your word is the joy of our hearts.
(Based on Psalm 119:97-130)
MUSIC
Forgiven (Sovereign Grace): A song of assurance that reminds us that we are forgiven through the blood of Jesus, despite our sin and rejection of God.
- This I Believe (Hillsong): A song that reaffirms our faith and reminds us of the truths we hold to and believe in in as Christians.
