At Redeemer we seek to welcome students into the whole church family. As a student group, we seek to equip, encourage and send out our students to love Jesus and be effective witnesses.

We love to see students settled into City Groups, and we also meet as a student group on Sunday afternoons during term-time before the gathering. Sunday afternoons are structured around specific student teaching, or an interview hearing from others who are further along in their walk with Jesus:

Teaching sessions: Getting students into family homes, this is a time to share life together as we look at topics specific to students’ stage and time of term. We’ll get into the Bible together and get a chance to discuss at a deeper level.

Interviews: Stories shape us and give us meaning - we learn from stories and we understand people from their stories. Hearing stories from others gives students the chance to get to know members of the wider church family, those who aren’t their age but have been through their stage, those with stories of following Jesus in different places and spaces.

At Redeemer we love to partner with the Christian Unions in Leeds. Whether it's giving talks or coming and helping at events, you'll get to experience real partnership with your church family, even on campus!
